KEIPER enjoys a world-class technical center and validation capability acknowledged by our global customers, providing them with full capability of product design and development, validation and manufacturing process, and innovative product solutions. Main products include recliners, tracks, locks and seating height adjusters etc.
Established in 2013, KEIPER is a joint venture between Yanfeng and Adient, who are global automotive suppliers. KEIPER is strengthening its globalization by integrating global intellectual property, improving technical capability and exploring market in all countries.

Founded in 1920, KEIPER brand, innovation as its brand DNA, has been the leader in automotive mechanisms for century. In 2020, with KEIPER Seating Mechanisms Co, Ltd. (previous Adient Yanfeng Seating Mechanisms Co., Ltd.) acquiring all KEIPER trademarks in 25 countries and areas, KEIPER as new company name was re-launched. Inheriting its historical innovative spirit, KEIPER is endowed with new content and become the world-class seating mechanisms supplier.
Development Milestones
1997
• Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. Metal Plant formed.
1999
• Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. Metal Plant exported the first batch of mechanism parts.
2011
• Johnson Controls acquired KEIPER and CRH brand. Qingpu KEIPER and Kunshan CRH have been amalgamated into JCMC.
2012
• Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. Metal Plant introduced first Fine Blanking machine.
2013
• September Johnson Controls and HASCO signed JC contract
• December Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Metal Plant and JCMC merged into JCYM.
2015
• Shanghai Kangwei Plant Launch Ceremony.
2017
• March Adient Yanfeng (Changshu) Seating Mechanisms Co., Ltd. established.
