AYM TRACK3000 Team won the Champion of 2019 Adient ACPC Team Rally Operational Excellence

On November 1, 2019, the Adient ACPC team rally with the theme of "Driving Forward with Focus" was held in Sanya, Hainan. The AYM  team, after winning the third place in the Yanfeng Team Rally Competition in September this year and after a month of sculptural work, finally won the champion of the 2019 Adient ACPC Team Rally, which since the Fine-Blanking Program in 2013, AYM got the honor once again.

This year ,20 teams from the Adient Asia Pacific region gathered together, including Japan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China. At the finial competition, the participating teams shared their successful experiences in the program with various innovative performance forms and cultures integrated in different countries and used various continuous improvement tools and innovative tools. The live games were superb and climax, and at the same time it was full of smoke. This is not only a visual experience, but also a deep understanding of the value and significance of continuous improvement, lean production, innovation and improvement.

AYM team, after Yanfeng competition, once again made detailed adjustments and on behalf of the company ,participated this year's APAC team rally, adhering to the "Back to Basic" principle, this year's program’s design innovation, flexibility process and the final implementation of the program, combined with the program interpretation and stable live interpretation, AYM won the “2019 APAC First Place” with absolute advantage from the program perspective and the final judges.

In the future, there are many excellent programs in the company, we will have more products, processes, quality, customer satisfaction, employee and other global projects to do experience extraction. There will be more exciting in the future.
