Moments of 2019 Vision Week

On June. 17th, 2019, the AYM Vision Week opening ceremony was held in both Shanghai and Changshu. The theme of the Vision Week this year is “Synergy Innovation Striving”. Facing the difficulties and challenges in automotive industry, our company encourages employees to go back to basics and implement operation excellence. Meanwhile, we advocate all departments enhancing synergy, strengthening innovation and going forward with all strengths. Jim Hawkins, General Manager, Mao Haifeng, SDGM and Yu Jie, Party & Union Chairman attended the opening ceremony in Shanghai and gave speeches.

During the week various activities were held in Shanghai and Changshu to help employees better understand the company vision. Interactive activities like Puzzle, You Behave I Guess, Vision I Know Q & A etc. are popular among employees. During the Vision Week, our company also arranged the Five Year Employee Anniversary Ceremony to thank them for their efforts and contributions to the company.

On June 21st, Jim Hawkins, General Manager and Mao Haifeng, SDGM came to Changshu new factory and participated in the closing ceremony. They gave the Best Popularity Awards of “My Synergy Innovation Striving Story" and summed up for the Vision Week. The Vision Week 2019 has come to the end and we hope that all employees could bear the theme in mind, tackle the difficulties, embrace the challenges, continue innovating and forging ahead!
