Work Summary

1.      Ensure the operation, maintenance and improvement of the material system in the factory in accordance with KOS requirements; lead the team to develop the material plan and production plan for the factory to ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of the plan

2.      Responsible for supplier production forecast and order release management to ensure timely delivery of purchased materials to meet production requirements

3.      Ensure the accuracy of material management system and warehouse data

Main tasks and responsibilities

1.      Responsible for collecting and reviewing customer's production plan, developing material plan and production plan for factory, and ensuring the accuracy and reasonableness of the plan.

2.      Responsible for supplier production forecast and order issuance, and continuous tracking of supplier capacity to ensure that the capacity demand of the project is met.

3.      Responsible for monitoring the completion of the production plan, ensuring that product shipments meet customer requirements and reporting on shipments on time.

4.      Ensure the accuracy of material management system information and make adjustments according to actual needs.

5.      Ensure the accuracy of warehouse data and the standardization of operation, implement "first in, first out" and visual management, and achieve the goal of lean logistics through timely delivery and the use of inventory management techniques.

6.      Responsible for directing customs related work to ensure the normal operation of customs affairs.

7.      Lead the material department to carry out continuous improvement work, monitor the implementation of the improvement plan and promote the improvement of material management capability.

8.      Responsible for departmental safety work, implement all kinds of company safety rules and regulations, and continuously improve all safety facilities, implement the goal of labor protection and safety production, and guarantee the safety of employees and equipment.

9.      Work ability needs to meet the specific requirements of the client.

10.   Assume management responsibility for the company's relevant KOS documents and the requirements of TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards, ensure the effective operation of the KOS documents, and continuously improve the relevant procedures in the KOS documents and their application within the department.

11.   Regularly share experience, optimize processes and continuously learn new ideas, knowledge and tools, guide and train other employees to improve professional skills, and lead team members to solve major technical problems/complete important projects.

12.   Responsible for training and developing employees to help them excel, ensuring effective implementation of performance evaluation (CID) and succession planning, and continuous improvement to enhance employee engagement.

Qualification

Work Summary

As site IT, overall responsible for IT service support to plant operation business. According to the standard and Planning of Headquarters, gather plant business requirement to HQ APP team as business partner, perform plant infrastructure set up, support ERP and HQ/TC application system rollout to plant as IT key user, coordinate/guide plant application system rollout to plant as coordinator or IT PM, and provide daily maintenance for plant such as helpdesk, infrastructure, and application...

Main tasks and responsibilities1. Collect the business requirements from each department of plant regularly, and transfer these requirements to relative HQ teams; and discuss with HQ teams to find solutions 2. Cooperate with HQ teams to complete plant annual IT workplan (including infrastructure, application system, maintenance, etc) and IT budget; Introduce and publicize it policies and plans of HQ; 3. Responsible for plant IT infrastructure set up and daily maintenance fulfill HQ standard, including server room, network, virtualization, etc. 4. Cooperate with Verizon and HQ team to manage, monitor and operate (troubleshooting included) WAN management, ensure the connection is stable between plant site and HQ; 5. Manage, monitor and operate (troubleshooting included) LAN management (AP and Wireless included), to ensure inhouse connection is stable; core Infrastructure, Servers, Applications (e.g. MES, WMS) and Services by using the offered services; 6. Responsible centralized application systems belongs to HQ teams. Site IT acts as system IT key user; 7. Job Summary

Manage & control production quality. Implement and manage process quality in accordance with established objectives.  Prevent and solve the abnormal quality situation in the production process, ensure the continuous and efficient production of high-quality parts. Analyze the quality issue and use relevant tools to continuously improve production quality and reduce production cost and NOK parts.

Work summary

1. To intervene in the monitoring of new projects ensuring that the quality requirement demanded by the client in all the product development stages. To ensure the finished product quality according to the client specifications, through the monitoring and control of the different productive process stages.

2. Ensure to operate and maintain the quality system in the responsible project or production line according to the requirements of KOS

3. Solve the quality problems of suppliers and customers, make the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production cost

4. Responsible for daily management ,guidance, training and evaluation of quality inspector.

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. To insure the products approval in each development and industrialization stage according to the drawing.

2. To define the product quality and process objectives basing on the client specification and quality standards established by the direction.

3. To determine the approval and reliability plan of the product guaranteeing its achievement.

4. To define, manage and update the quality file regarding the client demand and procedures established for the division in the Quality Control Plan

5. To take part in the quality requirement definition of the suppliers who take part in the development stage.

6. To support the project team in the relation with the client in quality product matters from the first stages of development.

7. Work together with production to define, continue the indirect staff work in quality matters, regardless its functional dependence.

8. To analyze the quality data (ex. Scrap, rework, product, and process capacity, etc.) and create the necessary synergies to work in the continuous improvement of results.

9. To communicate the problems stemming from the productive process in the plant quality meetings and propose disciplinary actions.

10. Coordinate with production & ME setup the rework process and rework standard.

11. Coordinate with production department to sort, inspect, rework and scrap the parts with potential quality problems.

12. To analyze the necessities of the measurement methods according to the productive process necessities.

13. To keep and administer the metrology and calibration systems.

14. To prepare internal process audit of Plant.

15. To suggest and execute improvement activities in order to carry out an annual improvement plan, based on process problems, trend quality data analysis, potential problems and discover future necessities. 

16. Pay attention to the quality department needs related to the client, in order to work in a coordinated way.

17. Coordinate the solution of the problems detected by the client through the solution method of the team group and its format stemming from the client (8D,5WHY, etc.)

18. Management the quality inspector and setup the relevant document. (Skill matrix, shift production plan, etc.)

19. Responsible for developing the leadership skills of the Group Leaders through coaching, training, motivating, and counseling.

Work Summary

Responsible for company operation cost controlling, including planning, forecasting, budget and account management; Assist company GM to deliver the financial result to meet the shareholder's requirement. Coordinate SSC / Corporate Finance / Local operation teams with financial related works.

Main tasks and responsibilities

1.Monitor in company business planning & budgeting processes, collecting necessary information from relevant departments to complete the financial budget rolling up to China Corporate.

2.Partner with business to deliver ideas/projects that can generate continues cost reductions.

3.Update and maintain standard cost in SAP, focus on the variance analysis of Material/labor/overhead.

4.Enhance control process of the company, including but not limited with all the expense and capital spending, ensure the effective of KOS policy during all the processes.

5.Support SSC team to complete monthly end closing process ensure timely and accurate close of book that is fully compliant to US/PRC/Local statutory requirement.

6.Bridge the monthly financial result between actual and budget, preparing company operation report for management teams, providing relevant data and analysis which Corporate Finance needed.

7.Follow company internal audit policy ,support SSC team to complete the monthly BSR and annual int/external audit work.

8.Coordinate corporate tax and treasure team with local tax and bank business.
