Work Summary1. Ensure the operation, maintenance and improvement of the material system in the factory in accordance with KOS requirements; lead the team to develop the material plan and production plan for the factory to ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of the plan 2. Continuously improve inventory turnover; ensure timely and accurate product shipment and direct the work on customs Main tasks and responsibilities1. Responsible for collecting and reviewing customer's production plan, developing material plan and production plan for factory, and ensuring the accuracy and reasonableness of the plan. 2. Responsible for supplier production forecast and order issuance, and continuous tracking of supplier capacity to ensure that the capacity demand of the project is met. 3. Responsible for monitoring the completion of the production plan, ensuring that product shipments meet customer requirements and reporting on shipments on time. 4. Ensure the accuracy of material management system information and make adjustments according to actual needs. 5. Ensure the accuracy of warehouse data and the standardization of operation, implement "first in, first out" and visual management, and achieve the goal of lean logistics through timely delivery and the use of inventory management techniques. 6. Responsible for directing customs related work to ensure the normal operation of customs affairs. 7. Lead the material department to carry out continuous improvement work, monitor the implementation of the improvement plan and promote the improvement of material management capability. 8. Responsible for departmental safety work, implement all kinds of company safety rules and regulations, and continuously improve all safety facilities, implement the goal of labor protection and safety production, and guarantee the safety of employees and equipment. 9. Assume management responsibility for the company's relevant KOS documents and the requirements of TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards, ensure the effective operation of the KOS documents, and continuously improve the relevant procedures in the KOS documents and their application within the department. 11. Work SummaryAs site IT, overall responsible for IT service support to plant operation business. According to the standard and Planning of Headquarters, gather plant business requirement to HQ APP team as business partner, perform plant infrastructure set up, support ERP and HQ/TC application system rollout to plant as IT key user, coordinate/guide plant application system rollout to plant as coordinator or IT PM, and provide daily maintenance for plant such as helpdesk, infrastructure, and application... Main tasks and responsibilities1. Collect the business requirements from each department of plant regularly, and transfer these requirements to relative HQ teams; and discuss with HQ teams to find solutions 2. Cooperate with HQ teams to complete plant annual IT workplan (including infrastructure, application system, maintenance, etc) and IT budget; Introduce and publicize it policies and plans of HQ; 3. Responsible for plant IT infrastructure set up and daily maintenance fulfill HQ standard, including server room, network, virtualization, etc. 4. Cooperate with Verizon and HQ team to manage, monitor and operate (troubleshooting included) WAN management, ensure the connection is stable between plant site and HQ; 5. Manage, monitor and operate (troubleshooting included) LAN management (AP and Wireless included), to ensure inhouse connection is stable; core Infrastructure, Servers, Applications (e.g. MES, WMS) and Services by using the offered services; 6.
